How to play
Pay the £10 entry fee — £5 goes into the prize pot and £5 to club fundraising — then register with your name and email. You’ll receive a private entry code to make your picks.
Each round, choose one team from the listed Premiership or Championship fixtures that you think will win.
A round only runs when there are at least 7 Premiership and Championship fixtures to choose from — a round can be made up entirely of Championship matches (for example during a Premiership break). Rounds aren’t tied to a single Saturday — they can combine Friday, Saturday and Sunday matches to make up the numbers.
If your team wins, you go through to the next round. If they lose or draw, you’re out.
You can only use each team once during the whole competition, so choose wisely.
You can change your pick as many times as you like until the round deadline — after that, your pick is final.
If you haven’t picked by the round deadline, a team is assigned to you automatically — the first team alphabetically that you haven’t already used.
The last remaining player wins the pot. If the competition ends with multiple survivors, the pot is split.
If everyone is knocked out in the same round, the competition restarts and the pot rolls over. New players can buy in at that point for £10.
Once someone wins the pot, we start a brand new competition with another £10 buy-in for everyone who wants to play.
The organiser’s decision is final. All proceeds go to Oakham RFC.
